*Set –up of booths can begin Friday, after 3 PM if you desire.  Spaces will be marked for ease of set-up. (See chart on site).

*Vendors are responsible for set-up and take-down of their booths.  No equipment, tables, chairs, etc. are provided by the event.

*Vendors are responsible for securing their booths.  While there are periodic patrols of the area by local law enforcement, on site 24 hour security IS NOT provided.

*Weather can be unpredictable.  Vendors are responsible for protecting their merchandise from the elements.

*Assignments of booth spaces will be made by the event Vendor Coordinator.  Every effort will be made to accommodate specific space request, but they are not guaranteed.
